SheepCRM - BIBBA

We use SheepCRM to manage our membership subscriptions and to provide Single Sign On to the website.

You can login to the SheepCRM dashboard to manage your membership payments, download a receipt and sign up for GiftAid. The sections below take you through the screens when you login to the SheepCRM portal

Managing Your Membership in SheepCRM

When you login to the SheepCRM portal(click here) you will arrive at your dashboard;

to view or edit your membership details click 'MEMBERSHIP'
you can then add Joint Member details or change your renewal membership type

Then you can change your type of membership from single to joint or vice-versa (effective at next renewal; contact if you want it changed immediately)
If you have joint membership, you can add the details of the associated member here, either just their name or add their email address so that they get their own copy of all communications.

Managing Your Profile in SheepCRM

When you login to the SheepCRM portal you will arrive at your dashboard;

to view or edit your personal details click 'PROFILE'; there are two places you can do this

Then you can change your name, address or telephone number

Contact if you want to change your email address as we also need to alter that in the website and mailing system settings.

Managing Your Payments in SheepCRM

When you login to the SheepCRM portal you will arrive at your dashboard;

to view or edit your payment details click 'ACCOUNT' on the menu then 'PAYMENTS'

You can then see upcoming and past payments.

Click on Receipt next to a payment to view or download a receipt
On the left menu you can set up a new Direct Debit or Cancel an existing one, but if you wish to resign please complete the form here so that we don't keep emailing you.
The left menu also has a list of Invoices (please note that if you have paid by direct debit it may show the £5 discount as still owing; this is a bug in SheepCRM)

Managing Giftaid in SheepCRM

When you login to the SheepCRM portal you will arrive at your dashboard;

to setup or edit Giftaid click 'GIFTAID on the second line menu

If you pay UK income tax (or tax on savings of CGT), you can make a giftaid declaration which enables us to reclaim tax at 25% of your subscription at no extra cost to you. Once signed it will remain in force until you cancel it.

After clicking the Giftaid menu you will see any declarations you have previously made;
click the Declaration Form link to make a new declaration
